Neutralizer Universal ready for use 1000ml

Directions for use: the Kursaal Ready for use Neutralizer is for use after the permanent wave lotion, on rinsed and towel-dried hair. Mesure approx. 100ml neutralizer in a non-metallic bowl. For long hair, increase the quantity as necessary. With the help of a sponge, soak the rollers with approx. 2/3 of the solution. Leave to work for 5 mins. Gently unroll the rollers and apply the rest of the neutralizer to the whole length. Leave for another 5 mins before rinsing thoroughly. Dry and style as required.
