As part of the application of this new regulation, European Hair Care (EBHC) confirms that the data relating to our business-to-business relationship recorded in our management system are used only in our regular business transactions. Your data are and will continue to be treated confidentially and has never been transmitted in any form to third parties. In addition, and in the interest of information, in case of termination of our exchanges, please note that under the accounting legislation in place in Belgium, European Hair Care (EBHC) is obliged to keep, for a period of 7 years (in more than the current year, for a total of 8 years maximum) your signage as well as the accounting data generated by our commercial exchanges.

Like you, we are subject to this new regulation and are trying to limit the impact of the administrative management. This is why this email does not require explicit confirmation of acceptance from you to be accepted.
